Join us for an exclusive property tour of Genesis Marina, a ±560,000 SF, Class A life science campus offering laboratory and office space in a modern, multi-tenant ecosystem. This purpose-built development features a range of suite sizes from ±14,000 to ±42,000 SF and was designed from the ground up with robust infrastructure, flexible lab environments, and a first-of-its-kind spec suite program built to help life science companies scale.
